  4. Improve cognitive functioning

4) Expose yourself to the sounds of nature. This can:

  1. Reduce stress
  2. Reduce muscle tension
  3. Reduce heart rate

Nurture relationships by being more social, showing more love to the people in your life, and getting more involved in your community. This can have a positive impact on longevity.
