I am so excited to share this Miracle Cookie recipe that I created, which is my favorite baked good right now. The cookies not only taste good (well this is subjective, but I am pretty sure you’ll agree if you like the ingredients), but they are also filled with goodness for your body – anti-inflammatory ingredients, omega-3’s, lots of fiber, protein, no added sugar, and no gluten. Given their fiber and protein content, they are also quite satiating, and you won’t be craving a dozen more after you eat one! They make a great breakfast on the go or snack.
