Guacamole recipe that you can make in five minutes and use throughout the week.

Ingredients:
Avocados
A splash of fresh lemon juice
Pink sea salt
(optional: tiny cherry tomato and onion slices)

Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mash them up together. A delicious, healthy and practical way of using guacamole is to put it on vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower or peppers (as a spread or a dip).
