Kale Chips

Kale Chips


  • 1 bag of pre-washed kale
  • Extra virgin olive oil (1-2 table spoons suggested)
  • Finely ground flaxseed (1/2-1 teaspoon suggested)
  • Salt

Massage a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in kale. Add a little salt and finely ground flaxseed. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 min.
