Mix 3 cups of berries of your choice, in proportions of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries) with 1 cut up banana, and put in blender.
Add ice (up to you how much-a few ice cubes should be enough).
Add 1/2 cup of milk of your choice (e.g., almond, nonfat, regular).
Blend in blender until even consistency.
Separate into serving sizes of your choice.
Put in freezer.
Eat when frozen.
