Breakfast Oatmeal

On stovetop, cook oatmeal in water or milk of your choice (e.g., almond, nonfat, regular) in proportions you desire.
Bake (at 400 F) sliced apples, berries of your choice, peaches and/or pears sprinkled with cinnamon on baking sheet for approximately 15 min.
Put baked fruit over oatmeal.
Add a handful of roasted, unsalted almonds.
Sprinkle with flax and chia seeds.
*optional: may add 1-2 table spoons of granola
Enjoy the delicious breakfast!
