Mix 2 tablespoons of 100% unsweetened cocoa powder with small pieces of a ripe banana.
Add 1 cup of milk of your choice (e.g., almond, nonfat, regular).
Add a 3-5 of ice cubes.
Blend in a mixer.
Ta-da!
