I hope you are well! I have been on a digital semi-detox, but had to get back in touch to share this banana bread recipe that just melts in your mouth!
My daughter Olivia and I came up with this recipe: it’s a gluten-free banana bread (vegan option included as well). It’s easy to make and easy to adjust to your taste. I encourage you to experiment with suggested ingredients and additional ideas you may have, and share them!
