    Dear Bojana,

thank you for your useful videos. Vitamin D is really important. I take 1000 IU per day because Germany is not really that blessed when it comes to skin tones.
I have heard that Vitamine D is recommended for people with autoimmune diseases. Can you explain why that is? My mom has multiple sclerosis and takes 25.000 IU at once per week because her doctor recommended it. That sounds a lot at once and I have heard you can get Vitamine D poisoning if you overdo it. I myself have an autoimmune thyroid disease so it would be interesting to hear why it is so beneficial for people with autoimmune diseases.
