    I just completed my yearly physical and the doctor diagnosed me with “fatty liver”. One of the major changes he has given me is to follow a low glycemic diet. Your video couldn’t have come at a better time! I have to get my sugar intake under control and your suggestions are much needed and appreciated! Thank you!

    Thank you for this video. I have a horrible habit of late night snacking and I do it mindlessly. I have read the book Power of Habit and forgotten it. Thanks for the reminder.
