This care package membership is somewhat more independent compared to our All In MD Care Package Membership with no health coaching support yet it gives you the same comprehensive MD assessment to get the full picture of your health and a plan to get you feeling better over 12 months. Dr. Bojana Weatherly and our team regularly meets to collaborate on patient care.
The Comprehensive MD Care Package includes:
Up to 4 visits with your medical provider. Visits are virtual and/or in-office.
1 assessment with your Integrative Health Advisor (IHA)/ Visit is virtual. How can an IHA support you?
Introductory Health Assessment: a 90 minute initial visit with your doctor and a 45 minute initial visit with your Integrative Health Advisor.
