Comprehensive MD Care Package
This care package is somewhat more independent compared to our All In Package with no health coaching support yet it gives you the same comprehensive MD assessment to get the full picture of your health and a plan to get you feeling better over 6 months. Patients may be scheduled with Dr. Bojana Jankovic Weatherly, and/or physician assistant, Natasha Dadour for their medical visits included in the package. Dr. Bojana oversees all patient care, and our team regularly meets to collaborate on patient care.
The Comprehensive MD Care Package includes:
Up to 5 visits with your medical provider. Visits are virtual and/or in-office.
Integrative Health Assessment: a 90 minute initial visit with your doctor and a 45 minute initial visit with your Integrative Health Advisor
Unlimited messages with your doctor and Integrative Health Advisor
Healthy lifestyle guide
(approximately 200 pages)
Personalized Pillars of Health plan including:
Personalized nutrition plan
Personalized stress reduction plan
Valid for 6 months from time of first visit
Personalized labs review and recommendations
Direct lab pricing (your insurance may cover a portion)
Highly curated, personalized supplement recommendations on Fullscript
Medication prescriptions and refills, if applicable
Referrals an collaboration with other healthcare providers
