90 minute assessment with the physician. Visits are virtual and/or in office.
45 minute virtual visit with our Integrative Health Advisor. Visits are virtual.
Personalized Pillars of Health plan including:
Personalized nutrition plan
Personalized stress reduction plan
Recommendations for testing and roadmap to follow up plan

What is an Integrative Health Assessment?
Our mission to provide personalized care begins with understanding YOU. This approach allows our team to hear your story in a comprehensive assessment. Begin by meeting with Dr. Bojana Jankovic Weatherly and our Integrative Health Advisor. After your assessment, the two will meet, as a critical part of your care, to create your customized plan.
*Patients who live in the Manhattan area may also be offered a 15 minute in-person exam, as a part of their assessment with Dr. Bojana.
*Lab tests, supplements and/or medications, when indicated, will be ordered when a follow up visit is scheduled.
