One of my favorite protein smoothies that tastes better than ice cream
2 servings:
- Mixed frozen berries
- 1 banana
- Any additional berries or fruit you have in the fridge/at home that you want to add to the mix
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
- 2 scoops glutamine powder (I use designs for health brand) – let’s support that gut lining!
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (whey cool by designs for health goes well with this combo)
- Organic soy milk or milk of your choice
