berry smoothie

One of my favorite protein smoothies that tastes better than ice cream

2 servings:

  • Mixed frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • Any additional berries or fruit you have in the fridge/at home that you want to add to the mix
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
  • 2 scoops glutamine powder (I use designs for health brand) – let’s support that gut lining!
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (whey cool by designs for health goes well with this combo)
  • Organic soy milk or milk of your choice

Blend and enjoy
