Ingredients
- 1/2 scoop of protein powder by a high quality brand such as Designs for Health or Metagenics (chocolate flavored; typically sweetened with stevia)
- 1/2 scoop organic, raw cacao powder
- 1/2 banana
- 4-5 ice cubes (you may adjust according to your preferences)
- 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 4 table spoons of almond butter
- almond milk – add amount according to your desired consistency
Instructions
Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender. Ensure even consistency. Pour into a small bowl and enjoy!
