Better Than Nutella, yet No Sugar Added!


  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder by a high quality brand such as Designs for Health or Metagenics (chocolate flavored; typically sweetened with stevia)
  • 1/2 scoop organic, raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4-5 ice cubes (you may adjust according to your preferences)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 4 table spoons of almond butter
  • almond milk – add amount according to your desired consistency


Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender. Ensure even consistency. Pour into a small bowl and enjoy!
