How to make a nourishing, filling, yet light breakfast smoothie

Are you in a rush in the morning, and often make poor breakfast choices to save time? Or perhaps you are bored with having the same breakfast every morning and want to switch it up? Or you get hungry mid-morning and are craving a snack because your breakfast wasn’t able to keep you satiated until lunch?

In this video, I’ll show you how I make my go-to breakfast that helps me solve these problems – a nutritious smoothie recipe that takes just a few minutes to make. It is filling (yet keeps you feeling light), has adequate protein, healthy fats, and is packed with phytonutrients and fiber. It helps me keep my blood sugars balanced and gives me energy to seize the day!

Instead of the camera focusing on the demonstrator’s face, it would be more useful if we could view the counter with the blender and the ingredients. There would be no need to pick up the bowl and shove it in front of the camera to see the color of the ‘smoothie’. Very strange way to shoot a video.
