Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- (Optional/berry variation: ¼ cup raspberries and/or ¼ cup blueberries)
- 4 table spoons almond butter
- ½-1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½-1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Cut up banana into equal slices and put in the center of the bowl. Put 4 table spoons of almond butter on the banana slices. Put strawberries and blueberries around the banana. Sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds.
