Roasted Spatchcocked Chicken


  • 1 spatchcocked chicken 
  • 1 tablespoon Sea salt 
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika


  • Season chicken with above ingredients and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours 
  • Bake uncovered in the middle rack at 400 degrees for 1 hour 10 mins 
  • Serve and enjoy (goes well with Simply Roasted Brussels Sprouts)
