- 2-3 cups of water
- 250-300g of organic green beans
- ½ cup lightly roasted, unsalted almonds
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
- ½ teaspoon non-MSG Vegeta (or Himalayan salt)
Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Wash the green beans and steam them until they soften (approximately 5 minutes or slightly longer). Drain the beans and put them aside. Heat a large skillet over low to medium heat and add avocado oil. Add the steamed green beans and lightly roasted almonds. Add the seasoning (vegeta or Himalayan salt) evenly and gently stir. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until ready.
