Sweet Basil and Cinnamon soft serve ice cream – dairy free and refined sugar free

Ingredients

  • Can of organic full fat coconut ice cream
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2.5 tbsp maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener. Use less if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined.

Option 1 – Switch on your gelato machine and use as per instruction.

Option 2 – If you don’t have a fast gelato maker. Simply pour the mix into popsicle molds and freeze.
