- Can of organic full fat coconut ice cream
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2.5 tbsp maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener. Use less if you prefer)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined.
Option 1 – Switch on your gelato machine and use as per instruction.
Option 2 – If you don’t have a fast gelato maker. Simply pour the mix into popsicle molds and freeze.
